This is an already-successful operation doing between 7000 - 8000 prescriptions a month, but there's still scope to make a real difference in terms of services and potentially increase prescription volumes. Key Duties The primary focus of the role is to ensure a smooth-running operation and continue maximising the sales and profitability of the branch.If you have a desire and passion to develop extra services then this would be a great advantage. This is a supportive, family run operation who really value each member of their team and reward them for their hard work. You will be responsible for managing the staff team, which consists of 3 full time Dispensers and 1 part time dispenser. You will also be responsible for a pre reg student. Package and Benefits Monday Friday 9 -6 Salary of around £55,000 per annum Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements To be considered for this position you must be a proactive and flexible team player, with at least 3 years post-qualifying experience.
