This reputable clinic is led by qualified Directors with extensive experience in medical aesthetics, including a globally recognised practitioner ranked among the top 5 injectors in the UK . THE ROLE This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for skincare and a keen interest in providing personalised treatment plans. You’ll excel in analysing client needs and delivering a variety of advanced skincare treatments tailored to achieve outstanding results. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conducting thorough skin assessments to determine patient needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Perform various skincare , including hydrafacials, peels, ipl's, vein treatments and Hifu. Educate clients on skincare routines and products tailored to their skin type. Maintain a clean and organised workspace , adhering to health and safety regulations. Build strong relationships with patients through effective communication and outstanding customer service. Advising clients on skincare products and treatments to meet their needs. Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and laser treatments to provide informed recommendations. Laser qualification preferable but willing to study and gain qualifications. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Proven experience in a similar role within the skincare industry . NVQ Level 2-3 in Beauty Therapy Have a keen interest in and keen to develop further knowledge in anatomy and physiology Ability to assess clients' skin concerns and recommend appropriate treatments and products. Adherence to proper hygiene and safety protocols Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with patients. A keen eye for detail and a passion for helping others achieve their skincare goals. Relevant qualifications or certifications in skincare and laser. UK resident with unrestricted rights to work in the UK.
