Air, Sea, Road Export Agent

We are working with a small/medium sized freight forwarder who are looking to recruit an Air Export Operator. Ideally also Road and Sea if you have 1 of these then will possibly train on the other. Also any Dangerous Goods experience advantage. Role Involves Preparing export documentation and customs entries. Arranging collections and deliveries. Liaising with airlines, hauliers, oversea agents and warehouses. Dealing with overseas offices and agents. Customer Services Updating customers on their shipments. Maintaining of existing business and clients. Providing clients with solutions for their logistics requirements. Monitoring and tracking. Invoicing Clients. Experience. Minimum 4 years operations experience in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding Industry. Any dangerous goods experience advantage. Good understanding of Air, Sea, Road. Air is essential. Experience of problem-solving skills. Team player. Monday to Friday 2 shifts in operations 8am -5pm and 9am-6pm Salary depends on experience.
