IT Project Manager

Akkodis is seeking an IT Project Manager for a Contract job with a client in Charlotte, NC(Hybrid) . The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Rate Range: $48/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. IT Project Manager job responsibilities include: Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of technology projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality results. Leading project teams to deliver technology solutions while adhering to enterprise project standards for planning, execution, and control. Communicating project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders and executives. Identifying and managing critical path activities, dependencies, and resources, ensuring project milestones are met. Collaborating with testing teams to ensure testing timelines and deliverables are achieved. Managing project budgets, financials, and ensuring appropriate due diligence and financial management practices. Driving risk management processes, identifying potential risks, and removing roadblocks to ensure project progress. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience managing technology projects using SDLC methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall). Proficiency in JIRA, Remedy, and other project management tools such as PPRT or Clarity.
