Data Privacy Specialist

Then this is your job Our future Legal/Privacy Operations Specialist will play a key role in the success of the business, ensuring that our customer receive the best possible experience. As the Legal/Privacy Operations Specialist, you will be working with a truly dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Customer Service team /privacy and legal team to improve our internal processes and providing valuable feedback on product performance. - Ensuring customer satisfaction and building trust through the work as GDPR compliance. - Act as “voice of the customer”, work with the product and Business Growth team to help improve the company’s services and bring the best mobile experience to customers. - Proactively flag efficiency lacks, providing upward feedback communicating regularly with supervisors and managers. - Handle and reply to customer requests in a timely manner and provide an analytical report to Head of Customer Service and Chief Privacy Officer. - Work closely with the privacy team to improve processes so that customers can execute their rights. - Produce and develop a data protection training program, including training materials, for specific business units. - 2 years of experience working in customer experience/operations role, preferably in legal or data protection projects. - Familiar with working in a multi-culture environment with excellent communication skills. - Able to work in a face-paced environment and with great attention to detail. - Experience with data analysis and reporting is highly valuable.
