Mtm Specialist

We are currently looking for a Made-to-Measure Specialist with a focus on the MTM business development and growth at a European level. As an MTM Specialist, you will be the Brand ambassador and ensure to provide excellent service to every customer while joining a dynamic and international environment. Key Responsibilities: Be an ambassador of the brand working closely with our Boutiques. Develop the MTM business for the assigned area according to the Corporate guidelines by consolidating the existing client portfolio and building new commercial networks. Provide an excellent client experience, demonstrating a deep knowledge of MTM product and dynamics. Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customers. Embody and convey with passion the company projects through effective product knowledge and brand image representation. Who you are: Previous experience in luxury retail. Relevant experience of 3-4 years in providing MTM related services. Business acumen and commercial mindset. Exceptional sales techniques linked to MTM product. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-oriented approach. Fluency in Italian and English; other languages are considered a plus. Availability to frequently travel across Europe. Self-motivation with a positive attitude and strong work ethics. Strong team player. J-18808-Ljbffr
