About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at the Mido Exhibition 2025 in Milan. This is a unique opportunity to represent our brand, engage with industry professionals, and drive sales for our innovative and sustainable eyewear materials. You will play a key role in promoting our products, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the success of our presence at the event. Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Proactively engage with visitors, identify their needs, and present tailored solutions that highlight the features and benefits of our products. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our eyewear materials and production capabilities to confidently address inquiries and objections. Sales Promotion: Approach potential clients/customers from the Exhibition, including visiting other booths to promote the Company. Sales Data Management : Gather information on data from potential clients and other booths. Coordinate with the Receptionist to arrange a meeting if needed. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong connections with distributors, retailers, and potential B2B clients to expand our network and explore long-term partnerships. Market Insights: Gather feedback from clients and prospects about our products and the market to share with the team for strategy refinement. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing and executive teams to ensure cohesive communication and representation of our brand values. Translation : Provide italian translation at the sales desk whenever needed. Report: Create daily reports on the booth visit and customer engagement. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, ideally in the eyewear, fashion, or sustainable products industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages such as French are an advantage. Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with sustainable and circular economy principles is a plus. Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced exhibition environment. Working Hours and Duration: 3 Training Days from 5th February 2025 - 7th February 2025, and 3 Exhibition Days from 8th February 2025 - 10th February 2025. Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily during the exhibition, with flexibility for pre- and post-event setup. Outcomes and KPIs: Achievement of predefined sales targets during the exhibition. Generation of high-quality leads for follow-up post-event. Positive feedback from clients and team members regarding professionalism and product knowledge.
