Main Responsibilities: Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset to exceed sales objectives and KPIs, with a focus on the high-end. Be a trusted Advisor, building client development strategy to drive sales, cross-sales, and client loyalty, with a focus on High Jewelry and high-value creations. Deliver unparalleled service and results and uphold the standards of excellence and luxury etiquette. Monitor high-end segment KPIs in collaboration with the market team and drive action plans. Ensure compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures, uphold operational excellence standards (inventory, reservation management, transfers, care services excellence, etc.). Contribute to an inclusive and supportive team environment. Be a Tiffany & Co. Ambassador in all circumstances (in store, events, networking, social media), inspiring clients through authentic brand storytelling, effectively conveying Tiffany’s legacy of craftsmanship, brand commitment, and integrity. Collaborate with the store team and Client Relations partners to create exceptional and unique experiences to celebrate special moments of VIP clientele. Build a network with exclusive partners in the community to strengthen and expand the high-end client's portfolio. Display professionalism and exercise agility, adapting behavior and implementing feedback appropriately. Exercise resilience through new challenging assignments and celebrate innovation when adopting new ways of working. Exhibit a positive, ambitious, and collaborative attitude, instilling an inclusive team culture of Joy; inspire other team members to sell High Jewelry. Required Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment. Passion for luxury retail, experienced sales and clienteling professional in an omnichannel luxury environment; expert in High Jewelry and overall luxury products. Results-driven risk-taker and self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. Established high-end network; ability to cultivate connections and expand client base in multicultural luxury environments. Impeccable presentation and collaboration skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong network of high-end partners and clients. Stays up to date on luxury trends, events, and hot spots; attends key events to network with potential new clients. Effectively utilizes all channels (e.g., social media) to engage with existing and potential VIP clientele. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Fluent in Italian and English; a third language is an appreciated plus. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages; add in any specific required languages for your zone. A college/university degree. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework. J-18808-Ljbffr
