Job Description

Milan '- Lombardia - Italy As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator , you will support the client in managing a variety of financial and operational activities for a small or mid-size client leased properties for its own use. You will be responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client; providing exceptional customer service and comprehensive financial and administrative services to the client following all information incorporated in client lease contract. In order to be successful in the role it is key to understand procedures, processes and operate them to the required standards. What You’ll Do: Perform various client account, and department administrative, process improvement, and financial functions. Partner with client field management staff, client accounting services, and management. Assist with the preparation of budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects. Code and process vendor invoices, billing, expense reports, and accounts receivables. Assemble data reports including Accounts Receivable, Income, EBITDA, pipeline, and other business metrics. Conduct internal compliance reviews. Report review outcomes and make recommendations for change. Provide operational service support to client for basic inquiries and questions. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. Identify and help drive implementation of savings opportunities to ensure customer financial targets. Drive high quality commercial performance through understanding the contractual commitments. Continually develop systems to maximize efficiency benefits for the customer. Update labour allocations to ensure accurate client reporting. Support the preparation and delivery of monthly Contract Reviews. Co-ordinate client contractor files, ensuring they are statutorily compliant with QHSE requirements. Logging hazards & customer feedback on the QHSE Management Portal. What You’ll Need: Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
