We are currently looking for a Senior Client Advisor for our Casa Flagship store based in Milan. As a Senior Client Advisor , you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge Requirements Home collection/Interior design product knowledge Fluency in Italian, English and another language among German, Arabic, Russian, Chinese are considerated as plus Minimum 5years of relevant experience in luxury retail Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills Strong team player Location:Italy, Milan J-18808-Ljbffr
