Team Manager - Rough Sleeping Services Salary: £34,000 - £39,000 Location: Southend Contract: Full-Time, 37 Hours We're seeking an innovative leader to manage a rough sleeping service, working closely with the day centre team to move clients from the street into support. You'll lead a team of 8 to deliver tailored, high-quality support for rough sleepers facing complex needs, using trauma-informed and psychologically informed approaches. Key Responsibilities: Oversee void management, ensuring quick turnaround and high occupancy. Direct and support the team to provide consistent, client-focused services. Ensure safeguarding and incidents are managed effectively. Develop activities and services that empower long-term recovery. Maintain accurate records and produce reports to demonstrate impact.
