Sales and Lettings Negotiator

Calling all Lettings Negotiators Salary up to £65,000 per annum OTE, DOE Stepney Green, East London, E1 Monday-Friday 10am-6pm & every other Saturday 11am-5pm (2 weekends every month) If you are a motivated individual with a passion for real estate, we want to hear from you As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a vital role in marketing rental properties, finding potential leads, conducting viewings, performing reference checks, and finalizing rental contracts. Responsibilities: Advertise our various letting properties situated across London Conduct property viewings with potential buyers and tenants. Negotiate and close sales and rental agreements. Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales and letting process Assist with property valuations and market appraisals Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings on various platforms Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets Attend industry events and network with potential clients Update company systems and platforms using property management software and applications. Experience you will need Recent proven relevant experience in real estate, property management, or a similar role. Strong administrative skills to manage client records and documentation. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues. Being multilingual is very useful and a plus, but not essential. Organisational skills to manage multiple properties and clients simultaneously Strong computer skills, such as property management software and other applications. Qualification: Bachelor's degree in real estate or a related field is a plus, but not essential.
