What You'll Be Doing: Lead Generation & Networking: Proactively source and engage new clients through outreach efforts and industry connections. Expert Guidance: Advise clients on maximizing fundraising success through our silent auction services. Building Relationships: Cultivate long-lasting partnerships and manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to final deal. Target Accountability: Own and drive towards your personal sales targets, ensuring business growth. Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new business opportunities in key sectors. Collaborative Solutions: Work closely with internal teams to create tailored services that meet each client’s unique needs. On-Site Event Support: Occasionally manage at high-profile events, potentially traveling internationally. Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-tier service to foster repeat business and long-term relationships. What We’re Looking For: Proven Sales Experience: A track record of driving new business in a sales-driven environment. Relationship Building: You’ll be personable, confident, and ready to engage clients at every level. Target-Driven: Motivated by targets and achieving results. Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple projects without missing a beat. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Flexible & Independent: Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team. A Full Driving License: Required for client meetings and events.
