With a strong brand identity, a cult following, and ambitious growth plans, they are looking for a National Account Executive to help us scale our retail presence. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is hungry to learn, develop, and grow within FMCG sales. You’ll be supporting their commercial team in managing key grocery accounts, helping to drive sales, and ensuring they maximise every opportunity to get their products into more hands (and fridges). What will you be doing? ⭐ Supporting key grocery accounts – working closely with National Account Managers to drive growth across retail partnerships. ⭐ Helping to manage promotions – tracking performance, analysing data, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. ⭐ Owning the admin – keeping everything up to date, from sales reports to product listings, ensuring the accounts are always fully stocked and optimised. ⭐ Analysing sales data – pulling key insights and making recommendations to improve performance. ⭐ Building strong relationships – with both internal teams and external retail partners to help drive commercial success. ⭐ Helping to land new business – supporting pitches and presentations to help them secure new listings. ⭐ Being a true brand ambassador – living and breathing the brand, and making sure our products shine in-store and online. What experience will set you up for success? ✅ 1-2 years experience in FMCG sales or account management (start-up or SME experience a plus). ✅ Excellent organisational skills – ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines. ✅ Strong analytical mindset – comfortable working with data to identify trends and opportunities. ✅ Great communication skills – confident in working with internal and external stakeholders. ✅ A can-do attitude – They are a small team, so they need someone proactive, adaptable, and full of energy ✅ Passion for food – you love the industry and want to make an impact in an exciting, high-growth brand.
