Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Mechanical) Location: Luton Job Type: Full-Time About Us: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical background and experience in educational settings to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Collaborate with other maintenance staff and departments to address facility needs. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician Strong mechanical skills with knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
