Sales Specialist Personal Safety Midlands/Southern UK, down to London Competitive salary plus guaranteed bonus. Our client are a global technology company who operate in over 100 countries. They continue to dominate the market, and as a result, are seeking a motivated individual to join their team in the Midlands down to London. Responsibilities: Achieving sales and margin targets quarterly, under an annual sales plan. Identifying and wining opportunities as required under sales plan. Work with end customers to advise and promote Fall Protection Solutions. Manage the sales pipeline with the Distributor network through effective relationships and strong communication Develop brand loyalty across end customers and Distributors Ensure accurate communication of product updates and development Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a high level of on-site support where required Identify and share leads with colleagues for products/solutions outside core specialism. Develop and maintain market, industry and product knowledge. Collect and disseminate (internally) market trends and competitor activity. Maintain accurate and up to date data within a CRM system and other appropriated systems. Ensure all administration /planning is accurate and completing on time and in full. About You: Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization both externally and internally Sales experience within the Personal Safety Industry is strongly preferred A self-starter with the ability to work on your own and as part of a team Strong negotiation skills Numerate and proficient with analysis and manipulation of data. Proficient in use of IT tools, Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Strong communication and presentation skills - written and verbal. Competitive & Proactive instinct - takes initiative on issues and challenges to find optimum solutions. Tenacious, resilient - ability to navigate through conflict and challenges towards positive outcome, retaining focus and perspective. Able to build excellent customer relationships Self-motivated & extremely driven Good standard of education Have a passion for sales and exceeding targets.
