Change Lead - OPEX, CAPEX

Up to £460 per day (Outside IR35) London / Hybrid - 1-2 days a week on site 6 months initially My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who require a Change Lead with experience of delivering tooling and cultural change to operational teams in large, complex organisations. Key Requirements: Proven experience working as a Change Lead delivering tooling and culture change to operational teams on a global programme. Strong experience working on large scale Finance programmes. Strong understanding of improving and optimising Operating Expenses (OPEX) and Capital Expenditures (CAPEX). The ability to monitor performance across the programmes to provide updates and reports to relevant stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver in fast-paced and high-pressure environments. Experience facilitating and delivering workshops and presentations to a variety of audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills. Immediate availability.
