Job Description

Job Description We’re looking for a young and energetic person to join our local HR team. In this role, the selected person will: Ensure continuity of HR operations and administrative work in Italy; handle administrative tasks related to the full employee lifecycle and legal obligations/mandatory communications to the Authorities and Funds. Ensure our employees’ most fundamental needs are met by effectively addressing employee queries. Identify and document local administrative work pertaining to standard letters, contracts, documents, and agreements, according to labor law and internal policies. Collaborate and support payroll vendor with payroll preparation, including Employees’ Time Tracking and Absence Management (e.g., time offs, leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules). Support local HRBP with HR administrative processes. Implement systems/automation-based solutions at the local organization for opportunities to streamline. Stay connected with other Employee Experience team members. Requirements: 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar operational/administrative HR role in Italy, including time attendance and absence management. Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English. Very good knowledge of MS Office. University degree. Knowledge of local labor legislation. Very good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks. Knowledge of payroll tasks will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with HRIS; Workday will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with the national collective agreement “Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi” will be considered an advantage.
