German Customer Service Administrator

Office based Customer Service temporary role in South Oxfordshire,-German-speaking post. German-Speaking Customer Service role (processing orders, no phone work). Monday to Friday (in the office in Abingdon), 37.50 hours per week. £15 per hour, minimum 3 months post. Your new role Will mainly be to process orders from their German customers received by email, post and e-commerce. You will be managing processes such as customer quotations, proformas, stock returns and after-sales care. You will also be responsible for database management and the creation of new accounts where required. You will be expected to provide a friendly service to customers whilst managing their expectations, as well as providing the customers with answers to any of their queries or offer solutions where relevant. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be fluent in German, or be at an intermediate level, where you are able to read and understand German customer orders, in order to process them. You will not be considered for this role if you are not able to speak/understand German fully. You will also need either experience in processing customer orders, or evidence in other roles of your ability to demonstrate fantastic attention to detail. You will need to be able to get to the Abingdon office each day, as this role is an on-site post, there is not the ability to work from home.
