Job Description

About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a Planned & Building Safety Graduate to join our team in London for a Fixed-term period of 24 months. The successful individual will be able to learn, develop and hone their skills to start their career within the Building safety sector. In this role, you will support the Planned and Building Safety Works team in managing small projects under supervision. You will support the management teams in delivering improvement plans whilst protecting the health and safety of our colleagues and our customers. You will also be able to meet other graduates through our scheme and build a supportive network. This role is full-time, Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. Training will be predominantly based in London. As we are on a hybrid working model, you will need to be able to reliably commute to London Euston for at least three days a week, Pay Structure 1st year £32,745 2nd year £35,044 What we’re looking for We’re a customer-focussed organisation so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You’ll need to have great customer service, communication skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done. Essential Skills & Experience: Degree in Building Surveying, Construction & Surveying or Construction Analytical approach with intellectual rigour, effective problem solving and sound judgement Taking ownership of casework and being an effective team member Excellent verbal and written communications Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise work What you will get in return for your hard work: We offer an excellent benefits package that help make The Guinness Partnership a great place to start your career.
