Job Description

As a crucial member of the customer service department, youll handle a wide range of responsibilities designed to enhance customer interactions and satisfaction levels. Your duties will include processing orders, handling all customer correspondence, selling products and services, managing returns, and resolving customer queries efficiently. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you'll assist in stock counts and warehouse activities, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in pricing and communications. This role requires proactive engagement with internal departments to optimise product availability and offer alternative solutions to meet customer needs You should have a minimum Matric and experience working with the SADC or East Africa region. Working SAP knowledge as well as experience with shipping into Africa and related documents is also needed.
