Travel Consultant

Our client, who is a Boutique DMC, offering tailor made travel solutions throughout Southern and Eastern Africa, is looking for Travel Consultants to join their teams in Johannesburg & Cape Town. To retain, growth and acquire business by meeting or exceeding customer service expectations. To be responsible for organizing all types of bookings, focusing on FIT leisure, series group bookings and Incentive travel. Manage all aspects of venue sourcing and assisting with incentives should it be required Excellent command and written ability of the English language. Diploma or similar qualification and minimum 5 years relevant work experience Good working knowledge of Southern and East Africa as a tourism destination Accuracy and creativity concerning preparing quotations and proposals. A dedicated, efficient and service-minded co-worker in a small environment. Good working knowledge of Google Apps, Travelogic, Tour Plan, Wetu and Microsoft Office. Good customer service skills and ability to work under time pressure. Sales orientated, and results driven.
