For AIRBNB ITALY , we are looking for a: COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT MANAGER MI-CO Key Activities and Responsibilities: Execute the MiCo community strategy focusing on: Host Education strategy and execution: Monthly webinars, email campaigns, Today tab & push notifications, Host clubs toolkit. Host Engagement: Airbnb meetups and host meetups. Olympic Torch Relay: Hosts as torchbearers, Torch relay meetups, Ticket gamification, Host spotlight, Contest, Selection, Ceremonies, Creation, and management of a dedicated MiCo community. Requirements: Passionate about community building and management. Master's or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (communication science/economics/tourism). 6 years of experience in community, event, or project management. Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal. Growth and analytical mindset; think and act like an entrepreneur; resourceful and goal-driven. Strong empathy for our community; good listener, patient, approachable, flexible, and effective in communications. Fast learner and problem solver. Comfortable with Excel, Google Docs, and social media platforms/tools such as Facebook, Grytics, and Sprinklr. Previous knowledge of Splash, Zoom webinars, and Salesforce CRM is a plus. Italian native speaker. Based in Milan. Willing to travel to meet hosts in person if/when required.
