The Hotel Romazzino, in stunning Costa Smeralda, Sardegna, will reopen for the 2024 season as part of the Belmond portfolio. For this iconic hotel, we are now looking for an extraordinary talented Front Office Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community. He/she is passionate about service and willing to grow professionally. He/She works closely with our guests while they are on property to discover their preferences and how they want to feel, creating tailored recommendations. Responsibilities: Fulfil Front Office operations, according to the company policies, standards, and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times; Responsible for cash accounting (payment of guest bills); Communicate all relevant guest and group activity to proper internal parties; Anticipate Guests’ needs and handle Guests’ complaints; Ensure that all relevant communications are processed correctly; Ensure that all Guest details are correctly collected; Run End of Day process and complete all relevant day closure accounting checks; Run monthly reports. Requirements: Effective communication; Drive results; Global perspective; Fluent in English and Italian; third language preferred; Professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment.
