Arch Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Support Administrator for a Manufacturing company based in Coventry. This is a position suited to candidates with experience within customer service and that have strong administration skills. Role responsibilities – For the role of Customer Support Administrator, you will be involved with general duties such as answering phones, dealing with emails, updating the database, filing etc. You will be customer facing and serving on the trade counter when required for the Customer Support Administrator role. You will be providing customer support and involved with some sales for this position. Role requirements – You will be very experienced within administration for the role of Customer Support Administrator. A strong knowledge of Excel/IT packages is required for the Customer Support Administrator role. You will have a customer service background and be willing to learn the companies’ products for the role of Customer Support Administrator.
