Mobile Refrigeration Engineer

Randstad UK C&P are actively seeking a Qualified Refrigeration Engineer to support our top FM client for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of commercial refrigeration systems across various sites in the central belt central belt - up to highlands. Job Title: Mobile Refrigeration Engineer Location: Central Belt Contract: Commercial Refrigeration across various sites Salary: upto £40,000 per annum Benefits include: Competitive salary up to £40,000 per annum based on experience van / tools provided on call standby fee Door to door pay Time & a half overtime Annual holidays including bank holidays Generous Company Pension Scheme Full time, permanent Qualifications F-Gas, SVQ level 2 qualification 5 years experience as a Refrigeration Engineer, preferably in a commercial setting Knowledge of various types of refrigeration systems and associated equipment. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Full UK driving licence. Duties: Conduct routine maintenance, service, and repair of commercial refrigeration equipment. Diagnose and rectify faults in refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks in accordance with schedules. Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and provide effective solutions. Keep accurate records of work undertaken, including parts used and hours worked. Liaise with clients and provide excellent customer service while on site.
