Role Description Grivel is seeking an experienced and skilled E-Commerce Specialist to join our team and develop the company’s B2C channel, reporting directly to the Marketing & Digital Director. Responsibilities Daily management of on-site activities, with a primary focus on catalog management. Other key activities are related to PLP creation, product sorting, filters, navigation menu, and internal search; Ensure alignment of on-site activities with brand objectives and the editorial calendar, constantly optimizing collections and product categories to enhance the shopping experience; Ensure alignment with the agencies involved in E-com support and strategy; Curate Visual Merchandising activities for Grivel.com, taking into account delivery, seasonal trends, collections performances, and inventory levels; Partner with the sales team to ensure that the right products and initiatives are correctly promoted; Coordinate the main promotional initiatives; Monitor sales performance and other key digital metrics and respond accordingly on a daily basis to optimize product placement and boost conversion, leveraging emerging trends in the industry; Prepare presentations on a periodic basis and provide valuable insights to decision-makers; Be up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities within the e-commerce landscape. Skills & Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a Sport/Fashion Company; Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science or another relevant field; Understanding of website platform technologies and main e-commerce tools (e.g. Klaviyo, Gorgias); Proficient knowledge of Shopify and (knowledge of Netsuite is a plus); Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Familiarity with Google Analytics; Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Passionate about the Sport industry and able to be up-to-date with market trends and competitor strategies within the eCommerce landscape; Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and attention to detail; Fluent in English and Italian.
