For our Concession – Milan Rinascente, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader. Reporting to the Milano San Babila Flagship Store Management, the Team Leader will be responsible for leading and coaching the sales team, building Client relationships, and proactively fostering the achievement of sales goals while ensuring the delivery of an excellent Client experience, aiming at the achievement of assigned store objectives on a monthly basis. The Team Leader will coordinate the entire team and must be an independent and proactive professional, capable of taking initiative and driving results in a dynamic retail environment. Your key responsibilities: Lead the Client Advisors team, transforming each client experience into special moments by creating a hand-crafted experience. Together with Store Management, achieve commercial targets through efficient organization of the team and successful management of the product. Lead a high performing client-facing and service-oriented team. Coach and provide feedback to ensure all clients receive the highest standard of experience. Support Store Management in driving the store strategy for optimal sales performance by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted 360° experience. Demonstrate best-in-class sales and self-leadership by actively engaging on the selling floor, providing excellent customer service, and developing meaningful client relationships through CRM initiatives. Ensure efficiency and effectiveness at floor level in terms of clienteling, display, merchandise, and cleanliness, taking action to resolve issues positively. Requirements: At least 3 years of previous experience in a managerial role in luxury retail, coordinating, training, and empowering a Client Advisor team. A proven track record in delivering sales in a luxury retail environment, including Clientelling activities. Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity. Strong communication skills and commercial mindset. Digitally aware and open to new ways of working. Ability to interact effectively with foreign clients. Passion for the Diesel brand, product, and heritage. Language proficiency: Italian and English are mandatory. Additional languages (French, Chinese, Arabic, Russian, and Spanish) are considered a strong plus.
