Deputy Deboning Manager

· Assist in the development of production plans in coordination with various units and the Sales Department, ensuring alignment with overall company goals. · Support the creation of plans for raw material requirements, input specifications, and technical standards. · Oversee and follow the production processes at all stages, ensuring adherence to industry standards and maximizing production efficiency. · Monitor final production quantities and quality, ensuring compliance with market requirements and contractual obligations. · Generate and maintain daily and periodic reports related to slaughter and production activities. · Ensure the safety of production processes, minimizing risks associated with microbial contamination or industrial defects. · Knowledgeable in beef cuts, HACCP, ISO standards, and reporting protocols. · Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and industry demands. · Conduct daily stocktaking and inventory management. · 5 years of relevant experience in a deboning or similar production environment. · Proficiency with computer applications and reporting software. · Strong decision-making capabilities. · Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive performance. · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
