Oracle SCM Functional Consultant

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Oracle Apps SCM Functional Consultant to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth functional expertise in Oracle SCM modules and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities : Functional Expertise : - Provide comprehensive functional support and guidance for Oracle SCM modules, including : - Order Management - Inventory - Purchasing - iProcurement - iSupplier Portal - Cost Management - Advanced Pricing Requirements Gathering : - Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle SCM configurations and solutions. Configuration & Implementation : - Configure and implement Oracle SCM modules to meet client requirements. - Conduct thorough testing to ensure system integrity and functionality. Support & Troubleshooting : - Provide ongoing support for Oracle SCM applications, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions for recurring issues. Collaboration : - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle SCM and other enterprise systems. - Assist in training end-users and preparing documentation for Oracle SCM processes and solutions. Process Improvement : - Identify opportunities for process optimization within Oracle SCM and recommend best practices to enhance system performance. Key Skills & Qualifications : Experience : - Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Oracle Apps SCM Functional. - Hands-on experience with the specified SCM modules. Technical Skills : - Strong understanding of Oracle EBS R12 features and functionality. - Proficiency in configuring Oracle SCM modules to align with business processes. - Knowledge of integration points between SCM modules and other Oracle modules (e.g., Finance). Soft Skills : - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
