SAP FICO Consultant - Implementation & Support

Position : SAP FICO Consultant Experience : 8 years Location : Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad Job Description : We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with a proven track record of successful implementation and support in various projects. Key Responsibilities : - Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP FICO functionalities. - Lead and participate in full-cycle SAP implementations, upgrades, and support projects. - Configure and maintain SAP FI and CO modules, ensuring alignment with business processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration points and ensure smooth data flow. - Provide expert guidance on financial processes, reporting, and compliance. - Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for end-users. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO, providing timely solutions. - Stay updated with SAP FICO enhancements and best practices. Qualifications : - Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP FICO with at least 2 end-to-end implementations. - Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and cost controlling. - Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills : - Experience with SAP Fiori and analytical tools. - Understanding of industry-specific requirements (e.g., Manufacturing, Retail). - Certification in SAP FICO is a plus.
