About the job : Roles and Responsibilities : - Gather, understand, and map the Client business needs in relation to existing system processes - Identify, review, prioritize the Client system gaps and propose system workarounds or customization solutions - Design / Develop RICEW / CEMLI objects as per Solution requirement - Interaction with Customer on Technical Requirements. - Provide Support on Existing Application and Resolve Support Issues Profile Requirements : - Experience on Oracle EBS R12.1 / R12. - Technical Experience on Oracle Supply Chain (PO, Inventory, Order Management, Shipping and Pricing) OR Oracle Finance (AP, AR, GL, FA) and India Localization (GST) - Well versed with CEMLI / RICEWF - Ability to spec customizations and reports, and knowledge transfer experience required. - Candidate is expected to work autonomously in supporting, educating, training and analyzing the Client's business requirements and map them into the application to enhance the work efficiency Skills : - Database knowledge, tables names and views - Must have good hands-on experience using Oracle e-Business R12 with GST - Good experience on PL/SQL programming - The consultant must have ability to lead the client through the project phases, translating business requirements into system solutions and resolving business issues is essential using Oracle AIM. - Integration / Bolt-On Tool Experience - The project involves a mixture of providing business and IT consultancy meaning the consultant must have good interpersonal, facilitation as well as written and verbal communication skills - Expert on Oracle Development Tools e. , Forms, Reports, Workflow, interface - Should be a team player with 'Can do' working attitude (ref:hirist.tech)
