Senior Program Manager - Jira/Agile Methodologies

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager with a proven track record of leading cross-functional programs, particularly in Agile environments. The candidate should be adept at using tools like JIRA and Confluence, managing stakeholders effectively, and preferably have knowledge of Consumer Order Management systems. Key Responsibilities : Program Management : - Manage and execute multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring delivery within timelines and budgets. - Develop program strategies that align with organizational goals. Agile Practices : - Implement and monitor Agile methodologies across programs. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Stakeholder Management : - Ensure alignment between stakeholders and program objectives. - Act as a point of contact for program-related communication, maintaining transparency and trust. Scope and Deliverables : - Define and manage program scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Monitor for and mitigate scope creep. Reporting and Metrics : - Track program progress and generate reports or dashboards to keep stakeholders informed. - Define success metrics and evaluate program outcomes against them. Tools and Documentation : - Utilize tools like JIRA and Confluence for tracking, documentation, and collaboration. - Create detailed documentation for program strategies, progress, and deliverables. Mandatory Skills : - Program Management experience with 11 years in leadership roles. - Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence. - Proven ability in stakeholder management and alignment. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred Skills : - Familiarity with Consumer Order Management systems. - Experience with hybrid program management approaches (Agile/Waterfall). - Competency in building comprehensive reports and dashboards for program tracking.
