SAP FICO Specialist - S/4 HANA Module

Job Description : Responsibilities : - Lead SAP S/4HANA rollout projects with a focus on FICO (Finance & Controlling), Treasury modules across multiple business units or locations. Hands on Exposure to FI modules - (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets) - CO Modules - ( Controlling, Cost centre, Profit centre, Internal order, Project systems, Controlling Profitability Analysis ( COPA)) and Treasury modules are mandatory - Ensure alignment of financial processes across regions, adapting the global SAP template to meet local legal and business requirements (focus - Retail). Provide detailed analysis of existing processes, identify gaps, LSTR and implement necessary configurations. - Train and support end-users during the rollout phase, ensuring smooth transitions and system adoption. - Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery and successful rollout within deadlines. Requirements : - Proven experience in SAP FICO module rollouts, particularly with SAP S/4HANA (and specially - Retail). - Strong understanding of local and global financial processes, compliance requirements, and best practices. - Expertise in customizing SAP systems for rollout, including localization and regulatory adaptations. - Strong project management and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams. - At least 8 years of experience in SAP requirements engineering in a similar position - Expertise in SAP FI Module (e.g. "AR", AP, Banking, General Ledger) - Experience in an agile development environment - Strong skills in presentation, negotiation, communication, networking, and social interaction - Good knowledge in integration with custom build solution. - Ambitious, versatile, adaptable and strong experience in change management - Analytical thinking, structured, proactive, and target-oriented action as well as strength in implementation - High level of commitment, initiative, reliability, and diligence - Own the vision and roadmap of your product (ref:hirist.tech)
