Solution Architect/Senior Functional Consultant - MS Dynamics

Job Title : Solution Architect / Senior Functional O2C Resource Microsoft Dynamics 365. Remote : OFFSHORE. Job Description : Looking for strong Solution Architect or Senior Functional O2C (Order to Cash) resource with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the order orchestration processes within Dynamics 365 and facilitating the integration of external systems, such as Salesforce, BY, etc via MuleSoft interfaces. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the Order to Cash processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems like O9, Kinaxis, and Salesforce using MuleSoft. - Ensure seamless order processing and orchestration, with a focus on improving operational efficiency. - Provide expert guidance on configuration, customization, and process flows within Microsoft Dynamics 365. - Collaborate with warehouse teams and other stakeholders to ensure effective order processing and fulfillment. Required Skills & Experience : - Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in the Order to Cash (O2C) module. - Proven expertise in integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party applications, including Salesforce, O9, Kinaxis, using MuleSoft or other integration platforms. - Excellent understanding of order orchestration, warehouse management, and the end-to-end O2C process. - Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, including collaboration with technical and functional stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on optimizing business processes. Preferred Qualifications : - Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Supply Chain, or Finance modules). - Experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms. - Prior experience in the distribution or supply chain industry is a plus.
