Project Lead - Data Analytics

Roles and Responsibilities : We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Tech Lead with 10 plus years of experience in the supply chain domain and expertise in data analytics in manufacturing industry. As a Project Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in Leading projects, guiding a team of Analysts and Engineers. 1. Team Leadership : - Lead and mentor a team of analysts, and data engineers. - Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance. 2. Data Analysis and Reporting : - Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights related to stainless steel production, sales, quality, supply chain, or other relevant areas. - Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for management and stakeholders. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency in all analytical work. 3. SAP Solutioning : - Understand the Analytics needs to business in Demand and Fulfilment area, Finance. - Working on Analytics platform to do data analysis. SAP HANA. - Utilize your domain knowledge to understand end-to-end SAP Solutions & processes across Manufacturing, Order Management, Finance, cts and suggest improvements. 4. Data Analytics : - Leverage your expertise in data analytics to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets related to supply chain operations. - Develop insightful reports and presentations to communicate key findings and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders. 5. Strategic Planning : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and align analytics initiatives accordingly. - Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize HVAC Sales, inventory management, or other aspects of the business. 6. Data Governance and Quality : - Establish and maintain data governance practices to ensure data accuracy and security. - Monitor and improve data quality by implementing data cleansing and validation processes. 7. Stakeholder Engagement : - Communicate insights and findings to various stakeholders, including senior management, and provide actionable recommendations. - Collaborate with different departments to understand their analytical needs and address them effectively. 8. Performance Metrics and Continuous Improvement : - Define and track key performance metrics for the analytics team's projects and initiatives. - Continuously assess and improve the team's processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and impact. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field A master's degree is a plus. - Proven leadership experience (8 years) in data analytics, with a track record of effectively managing and developing high-performing teams. - Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (SAP S4, HANA, Snowflake, SQL). - Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). - Strong domain knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning. - Hands-On Working Experience on SAP Analytics products SAP BW & HANA S4 (ref:hirist.tech)
