SAP APO Consultant - E2E Implementation

Job Title : SAP APO TP/VS Consultant Experience : Total: 10 Years Relevant : 3-4 Years in Transportation Planning/Vehicle Scheduling (TP/VS) Location : Hyderabad, Bangalore, or Chennai (Hybrid: 3 days in-office per week) Working Days : Monday-Friday Notice Period : 30 days or less Job Description : We are seeking an experienced SAP APO TP/VS Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Transportation Planning/Vehicle Scheduling (TP/VS) and hands-on experience in utilizing SAP APO modules to optimize shipments, conduct network planning, and improve supply chain efficiency. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality SAP APO implementations and rollouts. Key Responsibilities : 1. Transportation Planning/Vehicle Scheduling : - Plan and optimize shipments for various order types (sales orders, purchase orders, returns, and stock transport orders). - Assign vehicles efficiently to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries. - Support processes like outbound delivery, inbound delivery, and cross-docking. 2. SAP APO Module Expertise : - Utilize SAP APO to conduct network planning and inventory optimization. - Analyse demand drops from SNP optimizer logs, identify unfulfilled demands, and implement corrective actions. - Monitor and troubleshoot CIF application logs and master data fixes. 3. Implementation and Rollouts : - Participate in the full lifecycle of SAP APO implementations, from design and configuration to testing and deployment. - Conduct requirements workshops, gather inputs from stakeholders, and propose appropriate solutions. 4. Process and Performance Management : - Create, monitor, and troubleshoot process chains to ensure the timely completion of SNP runs. - Monitor and report key performance indicators related to supply network planning to drive improvements. Project Support : 1. Support basic project management activities and provide regular updates to stakeholders. 2. Ensure seamless integration of SAP APO TP/VS with other systems and business processes. Mandatory Skills : 1. Strong hands-on experience in SAP APO TP/VS. 2. Proficiency in network planning, inventory optimization, and SNP run troubleshooting. 3. Knowledge of CIF Application logs, process chain creation, and supply chain performance monitoring. Good-to-Have Skills : 1. Understanding of project management fundamentals. 2. Experience with cross-docking and advanced supply chain processes. 3.
