About the Role : We are looking for an experienced and passionate Full Stack Technical Lead to lead our engineering team and drive the development of scalable and high-performing web applications. As a technical lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of full-stack solutions while mentoring team members and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership : - Lead the architecture, design, and development of web applications using Node.js and modern front-end frameworks. - Ensure technical best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns are consistently applied. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver robust solutions. Full-Stack Development : - Build and maintain server-side applications using Node.js, Express, and other frameworks. - Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern frameworks (React, Angular, or etc). - Integrate third-party APIs and build secure RESTful APIs for internal and external use. Team Management and Mentorship : - Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to industry best practices. - Manage task delegation and track progress to ensure project deadlines are met. Performance Optimization : - Identify bottlenecks in application performance and implement scalable solutions. - Optimize database queries and server processes for efficiency. DevOps and Deployment : - Collaborate with DevOps teams to set up CI/CD pipelines. - Ensure smooth deployment processes and application uptime. Requirements : 1. Technical Skills : - 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Node.js. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern ES6 syntax. - Experience with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. - Knowledge of RESTful APIs and WebSocket communication. Leadership Skills : - Proven experience leading technical teams and managing software development life cycles. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make architectural decisions. Additional Skills : - Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana. - Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly. Preferred Qualifications : - Prior experience as a technical lead or similar role. - Familiarity with microservices architecture. - Exposure to serverless frameworks (AWS Lambda, Firebase Functions). - Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and grow in a fast-paced environment.
