Oracle EPM Consultant - E2E Implementation

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant with a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in one or more Oracle EPM modules, a proven track record of leadership in projects, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions for the client. Key Responsibilities : Oracle EPM Implementation : - Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle EPM solutions across one or more modules such as Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Planning and Budgeting (PBCS/EPBCS), Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS), or others. Requirements Gathering : - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into EPM solutions that align with organizational objectives. Technical Leadership : - Provide guidance to technical teams, ensuring best practices and efficient delivery. Mentor team members to develop their expertise in Oracle EPM. Performance Optimization : - Analyze and improve the performance of existing Oracle EPM solutions, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Reporting and Analytics : - Develop dynamic reports and dashboards using Oracle EPM to provide insights to decision-makers. Integration : - Work on the integration of Oracle EPM with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow and process automation. Project Management : - Take ownership of project timelines, deliverables, and communication with clients and stakeholders. Must-Have Skills : Oracle EPM Modules : - Expertise in one or more Oracle EPM Cloud or on-premises modules (e.g., FCCS, PBCS/EPBCS, PCMCS, ARCS, or TRCS). Leadership Experience : - Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in Oracle EPM projects, including team management and client engagement. Technical Expertise : - Strong understanding of Oracle EPM architecture, data integration, and scripting. Analytical Skills : - Proficiency in creating dynamic dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights. Problem-Solving : - Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues. Communication : - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Desired Skills : - Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems and their integration with EPM. - Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies. - Certification in Oracle EPM or related modules is a plus. - Knowledge of financial processes like budgeting, forecasting, and consolidations.
