About the Role : We are looking for a skilled MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Consultant with 3 to 8 years of experience in implementing and customizing CE modules. The ideal candidate will help businesses optimize customer relationships through Dynamics 365 solutions, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing. Key Responsibilities: - Implement, configure, and customize MS Dynamics 365 CE solutions based on client requirements. - Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into system functionalities. - Customize CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing. - Develop workflows, automation, and business process flows within Dynamics 365 CE. - Integrate CE with other Microsoft products (Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, etc.). - Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and data migration. - Provide training and documentation to users and administrators. - Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 CE enhancements and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 3-8 years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 CE implementation and support. - Strong knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules. - Experience with Power Platform, workflows, and automation. - Proficiency in data modeling, security roles, and user management. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred). Preferred Qualifications : - Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with third-party applications. - Exposure to AI-driven customer insights and analytics. - Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
