About the Role : Responsibilities : - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design, implement, and optimize MS Dynamics 365 SCM solutions. - Conduct business process analysis, configuration, and testing of Dynamics 365 modules related to supply chain, inventory, procurement, and logistics. - Assist in data migration and integration of MS Dynamics 365 SCM with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, WMS). - Support users with training and troubleshooting to ensure system adoption and smooth operation. - Work with senior consultants and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, integrations, and customizations. Required Skills and Qualifications : - 3-8 years of experience working with MS Dynamics 365 SCM, or a related ERP solution (e.g., SAP, Oracle). - Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 modules such as Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Production Control, and Warehouse Management. - Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively. - Experience in configuration, testing, and troubleshooting MS Dynamics 365 SCM solutions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications : - Certification in MS Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. - Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools integrated with Dynamics 365. - Knowledge of Azure DevOps or other project management tools.
