About the Role : - Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of MS Dynamics 365 SCM for enterprise-level organizations. - Work with senior business leaders to drive digital transformation by aligning supply chain strategy with MS Dynamics 365 capabilities. - Oversee and mentor junior consultants, guiding them in the development and delivery of solutions. - Provide end-to-end support for large-scale MS Dynamics 365 SCM projects, including planning, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. - Develop customized solutions, integrations, and automations to meet complex business requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders across business functions to ensure alignment with supply chain objectives and achieve measurable improvements. - Ensure effective change management processes to facilitate system adoption and optimize performance. - Conduct workshops, knowledge transfer, and advanced training for users and internal teams. Required Skills and Qualifications : - 9-15 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management or similar enterprise-level ERP solutions. - Extensive hands-on experience in multiple Dynamics 365 modules, including but not limited to Inventory Management, Procurement, Production Control, and Distribution Management. - Strong expertise in supply chain management principles, methodologies, and best practices. - Experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation support. - Leadership and mentoring experience with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. - Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; advanced certifications are preferred. Preferred Qualifications : - MS Dynamics 365 certifications for Supply Chain Management or related certifications. - Expertise in cloud-based technologies, including Azure or AWS, and integration tools. - Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
