About the Role : Job Description: As a Senior MS Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Consultant/Developer with 9 to 15 years of experience, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of MS Dynamics 365 BC solutions. You will be responsible for leading a team, managing client relationships, and ensuring that complex business requirements are met with tailored solutions. Your experience will drive the strategic direction of projects, from architecture to deployment, while mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for clients. - Collaborate with senior leadership and clients to define business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. - Oversee the development, customization, and optimization of MS Dynamics 365 BC solutions to ensure they meet client needs and industry standards. - Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. - Provide expertise on complex issues such as integrations with other systems, data migration, and reporting. - Review code and perform quality checks to ensure that all developments meet performance standards and are scalable. - Design and implement custom solutions using AL and C/AL programming languages. - Lead the deployment of MS Dynamics 365 BC, ensuring smooth implementation and post-deployment support. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and new hires, helping them grow in their careers. - Work closely with project managers to assess project risks, set realistic timelines, and manage resource allocation. - Provide ongoing support and optimization of MS Dynamics 365 BC solutions to meet evolving business requirements. Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 9 to 15 years of experience working with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central. - Expertise in all Business Central modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Inventory. - Advanced knowledge of AL and C/AL programming languages, including experience with upgrading systems and migrating to newer versions. - Extensive experience with Business Central integrations, including APIs, web services, and third-party applications. - Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and lead cross-functional teams. - Strong understanding of data migration, reporting, and customization in MS Dynamics 365 BC. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with senior stakeholders and clients. - Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 BC is highly desirable. Desired Skills : - Expertise in using Power BI, Power Automate, and Azure services with MS Dynamics 365 BC. - Strong experience in cloud-based deployments and utilizing Azure DevOps for project management. - Experience in managing enterprise-level implementations, including handling multi-country or multi-currency implementations.
