Cloud Security and DevSecOps Manager Location: Paris Working pattern: Hybrid Languages: English Position Overview: I am assisting a leading fashion retailer who are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cloud Security and DevSecOps Manager to lead the development and execution of security strategies for our Cloud Security and DevSecOps initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring the protection of sensitive data and applications. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, features, and requirements for security solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of security strategies for Cloud Security and DevSecOps initiatives, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and applications. Lead all of the Cloud Security and DevSecOps projects within the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, features, and requirements for security solutions. Spearhead the implementation of robust security policies, compliance frameworks, and threat detection mechanisms across cloud environments, including edge protection. Successfully oversee the implementation and configuration of Web Application Firewalls (WAF) in Azure and Akamai to protect web applications from common security threats, aligned with OWASP standards. Create comprehensive technical and process documentation for WAF configurations, policies, and incident response procedures. Provide training to internal teams on WAF usage and best practices. Manage a team of security professionals and engineers to design, deploy, and monitor security controls, including identity and access management, encryption, and firewall rules. Successfully oversee the launch multiple AppSec and Cloud Security initiatives, such as Improving Secure Score, Automation of Security pipeline, Secrets Management, IaC Security, Container and Serverless Security, Vulnerability remediation on cloud-native applications, etc. Oversee the Development and implementation of security policies and procedures to comply with industry regulations and standards. Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive cloud security program. Collaborate with product development teams to integrate security measures throughout the DevOps lifecycle, achieving a seamless and secure development process. Qualifications: Proven experience in Azure Cloud security and DevSecOps management. Proficiency in Azure Cloud Security applications such as Microsoft Defender, Azure Security Centre, Azure Key Vault, Azure Firewall, Azure Sentinel Proficiency in Akamai Security applications such as API Protector, API Security, Edge DNS, Zero Trust Platform Strong knowledge of cloud environments and security frameworks. Expertise in configuring and managing Web Application Firewalls, especially in Azure and Akamai. Proficient in technical documentation and providing training on security best practices. Experience in managing and leading a team of security professionals. Hands-on experience with AppSec and Cloud Security initiatives. Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
