About the Job We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O Developer to join our team and help implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) solutions for our clients. As a D365 F&O Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations applications. This role requires expertise in AX/D365 F&O modules, AL code, data integrations, and system performance optimization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the solution meets business needs, enhances operational efficiency, and supports seamless integration across the enterprise ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: D365 F&O Development & Customization: - Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations applications, focusing on finance, operations, supply chain, and HR modules. - Customize AX/D365 F&O modules to meet client-specific requirements, creating tailored solutions for business processes such as order management, inventory, procurement, finance, and reporting. - Develop X code to implement business logic and customize workflows within D365 F&O, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. System Integration & Data Management: - Integrate D365 F&O with other enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, legacy systems, third-party software) using tools like Data Management Framework (DMF), OData services, Azure Integration Services, and Power Platform. - Leverage Data Entities for importing/exporting data and managing large volumes of business data efficiently. - Ensure seamless data flow between D365 F&O and other systems, maintaining data integrity and synchronization. Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting: - Optimize performance for D365 F&O applications, improving system response times and reducing latency by identifying and addressing bottlenecks in both back-end and front-end components. - Troubleshoot issues related to system performance, data processing, and customizations. Provide technical support and resolve problems in a timely manner. Reporting & Analytics: - Develop and customize Power BI reports, SSRS reports, and other reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making and business intelligence needs. - Configure Financial Reporting and other reporting features within D365 F&O to provide valuable insights into key business metrics and performance. Agile Development & Collaboration: - Participate in agile development sprints, working closely with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, project managers, and QA engineers to deliver on-time and on-budget solutions. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. Support & Maintenance: - Provide ongoing support for D365 F&O implementations, troubleshooting issues, conducting root-cause analysis, and deploying fixes as needed. - Ensure that customizations are scalable and maintainable for future upgrades and changes to D365 F&O. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX (version 2012) and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). - Proficiency in X and other development tools used in D365 F&O. - Experience with Data Management Framework (DMF), OData services, and Power Platform integrations. - Knowledge of finance, operations, and supply chain modules within D365 F&O. - Familiarity with Power BI, SSRS, or similar reporting tools for business intelligence. - Understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working in an agile environment. - Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications : Microsoft Certified : - Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer certification. - Experience with Azure Integration Services and cloud-based deployments. - SQL Server and T-SQL experience for database management. - Knowledge of other Microsoft Dynamics products (e.g., Dynamics CRM). - Familiarity with Git for version control.
