About the Role : We are seeking an experienced SAP Commerce Cloud Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly known as SAP Hybris) for our clients. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud, along with strong business acumen to provide tailored solutions for eCommerce platforms. You will be responsible for configuring and customizing the platform to meet business needs, optimizing the solution, and ensuring seamless integration with back-end systems such as SAP S/4HANA and third-party applications. Key Responsibilities: SAP Commerce Cloud Implementation: Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Commerce Cloud for eCommerce solutions. Customize the platform to meet client-specific business requirements, ensuring the solution supports scalability, performance, and user experience. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAP Commerce Cloud functionalities such as product catalogs, pricing, promotions, and order management. Configure various SAP Commerce Cloud modules, including Product Content Management (PCM), Commerce Order Management, Customer Experience, and Personalization. Integration & Data Management : - Integrate SAP Commerce Cloud with other SAP and third-party systems like SAP S/4HANA, SAP Customer Data Cloud, and payment gateways to provide seamless customer and business processes. - Manage data integration and synchronization between the eCommerce platform and other systems using SAP tools such as SAP Integration Suite and SAP Data Hub. - Ensure accurate data flow, including product data, inventory, pricing, and customer information, is maintained between systems. Customization & Enhancements: - Customize SAP Commerce Cloud to align with unique client requirements, including developing custom extensions, managing back-end and front-end configurations, and enhancing features using Java and Spring frameworks. - Work with SAP Commerce Cloud's flexible architecture to develop reusable components and extend platform functionalities. - Implement SEO, user personalization, and marketing features to improve the customer shopping experience. Performance Optimization : - Optimize the performance of the SAP Commerce Cloud platform to ensure fast load times, high scalability, and reliable operations during peak traffic. - Monitor and tune system performance, including database optimization and caching strategies to improve response times. Collaboration & Agile Development : - Work in an agile environment, collaborating with business analysts, designers, and developers to deliver eCommerce solutions on time and within budget. - Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups, ensuring alignment with the project's goals and timelines. Troubleshooting & Support : - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Commerce Cloud solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, resolving bugs, and performing updates. - Perform regular system testing, ensure system stability, and support incident resolution for production environments. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Strong experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), including its architecture, components, and modules. - Proficiency in Java and familiarity with frameworks like Spring for backend development. - Experience integrating SAP Commerce Cloud with third-party systems and SAP solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Data Hub). - Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP services, and SAP Integration Suite for system integration. - Familiarity with Product Content Management (PCM), Order Management, and Personalization modules in SAP Commerce Cloud. - Strong understanding of eCommerce business processes, including catalog management, order processing, and customer engagement. - Ability to lead projects, collaborate with clients, and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Preferred Qualifications : - SAP Commerce Cloud Certification (Hybris). - Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, and HTML5 for integrating front-end systems with SAP Commerce Cloud. - Agile methodology experience.
