About the Role : Job Description : As an MS Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Consultant/Developer with 3 to 8 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and support of BC solutions. You will work closely with both technical and functional teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into functional and technical specifications. Your expertise will be essential for troubleshooting, providing system enhancements, and ensuring the efficient use of BC in a client's business environment. Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Configure and customize MS Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet the client's needs, including developing reports, workflows, and integrations. - Assist in designing and implementing Dynamics 365 BC solutions that align with industry best practices. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MS Dynamics 365 BC issues. - Participate in system testing, including unit testing, regression testing, and integration testing. - Support the deployment process by preparing deployment plans and ensuring smooth go-lives. - Develop technical documentation and user manuals for BC solutions. - Conduct training sessions for end users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing MS Dynamics 365 BC. - Maintain and support MS Dynamics 365 BC post-deployment, including system updates, patches, and user support. - Collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and deliver projects within budget. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central. - Strong knowledge of Business Central modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Inventory Management. - Experience with C/AL and AL programming languages. - Familiarity with integration tools and third-party applications within the Business Central environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with agile project management methodologies is a plus. - Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 BC is preferred. Desired Skills : - Experience in customizing workflows and creating custom reports in BC. - Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and Azure integrations. - Experience with data migration and data management in Business Central.
