Hospitality Manager

We are looking for an Experienced Hospitality Manager to join our client based in Stellenbosch. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Hospitality Management and Tasting Room, including maximization of financial performance of Tasting Room and events, client satisfaction, business and staff development within established quality standards. Grade 12 WSET / Diploma in Wine 2-4 years management experience in a tasting room or similar environment Previous experience in the wine industry will be beneficial Excellent knowledge of wines and sales skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Lightspeed POS system knowledge will be beneficial Excellent customer service and the ability to put the customer first and to do problem solving Creating a memorable experience for all customers Excellent leadership and management skills
