Job Description
As a Sales Consultant, you will be the ambassador of the Arabian Oud brand and play a key role in the customer experience. Your tasks will include: Reception and advice: Welcome each customer with elegance and professionalism, identify their needs and offer a personalized experience. Product presentation: Share your knowledge of the art of oriental perfumery, noble ingredients such as oud and the Maison's distinctive creations. Sales development: Reach and exceed your individual and collective goals thanks to your expertise and sense of service. Customer loyalty: Create a privileged relationship with each customer, ensuring attentive follow-up and a memorable experience. Point of sale presentation: Participate in the arrangement of products and the care of the store to reflect the luxury image of the brand. You are passionate about the world of luxury and perfumery. You have proven experience in sales, preferably in the premium or luxury retail sector. You have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of customer service, and an impeccable presentation. You are dynamic, motivated, and enjoy taking on challenges. You speak fluent French; knowledge of English or another foreign language is a plus. J-18808-Ljbffr
