Provide client support and follow up on all questions or issues until resolution, regularly informing the client of progress, especially when in-depth analysis is needed. Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and strengthen the quality framework to meet quantitative and qualitative objectives. Drive continuous improvement of processes and practices, assessing and selecting improvement opportunities that provide long-term value and minimize operational risks. Contribute to operational enhancement projects, review specifications, create terms of reference on upcoming products and initiatives, and support clients during developments and tests, executing conformance tests with clients. Your Profile: Strong financial background and a good knowledge/understanding of the various activities of Euronext's direct and indirect client base. Prior relevant Client Services experience. High standards of service delivery to clients and ability to create strong relationships. Strong analytical and organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
